Welcome to Yoga in Daily Life Annandale Centre (Sydney)! Part of an international non-for-profit organisation, unwind, our spacious venue offers a genuine urban retreat; a truly peaceful place to relax, and one of several long-established Sydney Yoga Centres, restore health and fitness and regain balance in daily life. Everyone is most welcome! $10 donation including meal, RSVP for catering purposes appreciated.
Enjoy a delicious Vegetarian meal at 6.30 before our program consisting of an inspiring talk and guided meditation. Community Night is a way to connect with people of like mind in the positive atmosphere of the Yoga in Daily Life Centre.
