Executive chef. Let the flavour of the fish and all we prepare speak for itself mixed with flavours and inspirations of the world and served with a warm friendly smile. It's pretty simple really.
Our method.
All of our fish has been sourced and checked to ensure that it comes from sustainable sources so that we can protect the future of our oceans and our love of fish. We primarily use MSC certified Coorong yellow eye, and Hoki, and Pipis from South Australia, from New Zealand.
Wherever possible the fish and seafood will be certified sustainable from the Marine Stewardship Council. If we look after our marine environments then the fish will do the rest for us for nothing.
We at Fish & Co believe that we can all enjoy eating seafood for years to come, if we consciously decide to only use certified sustainable catch. (more).
